- Make-Up Lesson Procedure - 

If you do miss a lesson during the term, and you have let Jarrod know before the day of YOUR lesson, it's your responsibility to organise a time for a make-up lesson with Jarrod before the end of term. Otherwise the lesson will not be made or deducted from the following term.

- Washout & Heat-out Procedure -  

With living in Melbourne we get some odd weather at times that can be unpredictable and we have no control over. With Washouts and Heat-outs if you can't make this lesson up during the term, it will be deducted from next terms invoice. 

As we are very lucky to have courts that dry very quickly. Jarrod will ALWAYS message you & put an announcement on Facebook if the courts are washed out. So please turn up if you haven't received a message.

- Payment - 

Payment is due by the end of the first week of term, however if the fees are not payed by the end week 2 of the term then you will no longer be able to continue lessons unless organised prior with Jarrod.
